Isabelle Thériault is a Canadian politician currently serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick for the district of Caraquet. First elected in 2018 and re-elected in 2020 and 2024, she was appointed as the Minister of Tourism, Heritage and Culture in November 2024. Before entering politics, Thériault had a successful career as a professional musician and musical director, touring internationally with ensembles such as Ode à l’Acadie and DRUM. She also served as the artistic director of the Festival acadien de Caraquet and founded the summer bistro La Brôkerie. Throughout her career, she has received numerous accolades for her contributions to Acadian music and culture.
