Ishkhan Saghatelyan is an Armenian politician and a member of the National Assembly of Armenia, representing the opposition Armenia Alliance since 2021. A long-time member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, he previously served as the governor of Gegharkunik Province in 2018 and as the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly from 2021 to 2022. Saghatelyan gained prominence as a lead coordinator of the Homeland Salvation Movement, which organized widespread protests against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan following the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.
