Israt Sultana Elen Bhutto is a Bangladeshi politician and member of the Jatiya Sangsad representing the Jhalokathi-2 constituency. Following the death of her husband, Member of Parliament Zulfiker Ali Bhutto, she was elected to represent the constituency during a 2000 by-election as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party candidate and successfully defended her seat in the 2001 general election. She later returned to parliament under the BNP banner following the 2026 general election.
