Issa Salifou

Issa Salifou is a Beninese politician and businessman who has served multiple terms as a member of the National Assembly of Benin. Also known as Saley, he began his political career in the 1990s as a counselor and subsequently as the mayor of Malanville in northern Benin. In 2005, he founded the Union for the Future Benin - Quality Relieve and later ran as a presidential candidate in the 2016 election. Alongside his political career, he is a prominent businessman heading the Fraternité media group and the mobile network operator Bbcom.
