小野寺五典

Itsunori Onodera is a senior Japanese politician serving as a member of the House of Representatives, currently in his tenth term. A graduate of the University of Tokyo and the Matsushita Institute of Government and Management, he previously worked for the Miyagi Prefectural Government. Onodera has held several high-level positions, including Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party Policy Research Council. Known as a defense policy expert, he advocates for constitutional reform and strengthening Japan's national security capabilities.
