Jānis Tutins

Jānis Tutins is a Latvian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Rēzekne. With over two decades of experience in public service, he previously served as a long-term deputy of the Saeima, representing the 9th through 12th convocations. Originally a member of the Harmony party, he later became a co-founder of the party Kopā Latvijai. Throughout his career, he has focused on financial and budgetary affairs, playing a key role in managing Rēzekne's municipal stability and administrative recovery.
