Jörn Schepelmann is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Lower Saxony, representing the Bergen constituency since 2017. Born in 1986 in Celle, he grew up on a family farm in Eicklingen. Before his political career, he worked as a banker at Norddeutsche Landesbank and later at Volkswagen Financial Services AG. In addition to his state-level mandate, he has served as the honorary mayor of Eicklingen since 2016 and is the economic policy spokesperson for the CDU parliamentary group.
