Boris Rhein

Boris Rhein is a German politician serving as the Minister President of Hesse since May 2022 and as the state chairman of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) in Hesse since July 2022. A lawyer by profession, he previously held several high-ranking positions, including Hessian Minister of the Interior and for Sport, Minister for Science and the Arts, and President of the Landtag of Hesse. Throughout his career, Rhein has advocated for stricter criminal law enforcement, data retention policies, and robust security measures. He represents the Frankfurt am Main VI constituency in the Hessian Landtag.
