Boris Rhein

Boris Rhein is a German politician serving as the Minister President of Hesse since May 2022. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he previously held several high-level state positions, including Minister of the Interior and for Sport, Minister for Science and the Arts, and President of the Landtag of Hesse. A lawyer by training, Rhein began his political career in Frankfurt, where he served as a city councilor. His political platform has consistently emphasized public security, the strengthening of law enforcement, and a firm stance on internal security issues.
