Jackeline Muñoz

Jackeline Muñoz de Cedeño is a Panamanian politician, lawyer, and government official currently serving as the Minister of Work and Labor Development under President José Raúl Mulino, having assumed office on July 1, 2024. A legal professional specializing in family, electoral, commercial, civil, and immigration law, she has previously served as a deputy of the Central American Parliament, vice president and administrator of the Alliance Party, and alternate representative of the Tocumen corregimiento. In her ministerial role, she has focused on labor transparency, minimum wage commission negotiations, employment programs, and regulatory oversight of union funds and worker protections.
