Jacky Rosen

Jacky Rosen is an American politician serving as the junior United States Senator from Nevada since 2019. Before her election to the Senate, she served as the U.S. Representative for Nevada's 3rd congressional district from 2017 to 2019. A former computer programmer and software developer, Rosen entered politics at the encouragement of Harry Reid. Throughout her tenure, she has focused on healthcare, specifically supporting the Affordable Care Act, and has been a prominent voice in combating antisemitism, co-founding the Senate Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Antisemitism. Known for a moderate legislative approach, she has been recognized for her efforts toward bipartisanship while maintaining strong support for abortion rights and specific foreign policy initiatives regarding Israel.
