Jacqueline Bernhardt

Jacqueline Bernhardt is a German politician and lawyer currently serving as the Minister of Justice, Equality and Consumer Protection for the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. A member of The Left party, she previously served as a member of the Landtag of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from 2011 to 2021, where she held roles including deputy parliamentary group leader. Before entering state politics, she worked as a self-employed attorney and as a scientific advisor. Her political career has been marked by her involvement in local government and her focus on legal and consumer affairs within the state cabinet.
