Jacques Fame Ndongo is a Cameroonian politician, academic, and writer who currently serves as the Minister of State and Minister of Higher Education. A long-standing member of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC), he has held various government positions since 2000, including Minister of Communication. Beyond his political career, he is a distinguished professor of literature and semiology, a former rector of the University of Yaoundé I, and a prolific author of numerous essays and literary works. He is also the traditional chief of Nkolandom.
