Jaime Antonio Jované Castillo is the Minister of Housing and Territorial Planning in Panama, appointed by President José Raúl Mulino. He is a civil engineering graduate from the University of Panama with over 44 years of experience in infrastructure project management and large-scale construction. Previously, he served as president of the Panamian Chamber of Construction (Capac) and as a director of Ingeniería R-M S.A.
