Jakup Nura

Jakup Nura is a Kosovar politician and a member of the Assembly of Kosovo representing the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK). A veteran of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and a former comrade-in-arms of Adem Jashari, Nura has transitioned into a prominent political role, serving as a member of the PDK leadership. He is recognized for his long-standing commitment to public service and his advocacy for veterans and the families of martyrs. In the 2025 parliamentary elections, he secured a significant mandate with over 26,000 votes, continuing his work within the legislature to address national political challenges and institutional stability.
