Jan Timke is a German politician serving as a member of the Bremische Bürgerschaft, the state parliament of Bremen. A former federal police officer who worked in specialized units against organized crime and personal protection, he entered politics in the 1990s. He is a co-founder of the right-wing populist group Citizens in Rage (Bürger in Wut), which later merged into the party Bündnis Deutschland. Since 2023, he has served as the parliamentary group leader for Bündnis Deutschland in the Bürgerschaft and as the party's state chairman in Bremen.
