Janelle Poole is an Australian politician serving as the Member of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland for Mundingburra, having been elected in the 2024 state election. Born in Townsville and raised in Cranbrook, she attended Aitkenvale State School and Heatley State High School. Before entering politics, Poole had a distinguished career with the Queensland Police Service, which she joined in 1996. In 2015, she was awarded the Australian Police Medal for her service.
