Janet Jepkemboi Sitienei

Janet Jepkemboi Sitienei is a Kenyan politician serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the Turbo constituency. After working as a District Agriculture Development Officer in Bungoma from 2007 to 2012, she transitioned into politics, eventually serving as an adviser to Uasin Gishu County Governor Jackson Mandago. She was first elected to parliament in 2017 and has since become a prominent figure within the United Democratic Alliance. In 2024, she was honored with the Chief of the Order of the Burning Spear of Kenya by President William Ruto for her contributions to the nation.
