Janez Cigler Kralj

Janez Cigler Kralj is a Slovenian politician currently serving as the Minister of Agriculture. He previously served as the Minister of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities from 2020 to 2022, where he managed social policy during the COVID-19 pandemic. A graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ljubljana, he has held various roles in public relations and policy analysis. He was elected as a deputy to the National Assembly in 2022 and has served as the leader of the New Slovenia Deputy Group.
