Jayne Kirkham is a British Labour and Co-operative Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Truro and Falmouth since 2024. Before her election to the House of Commons, she served as the Labour group leader on Cornwall Council, representing the Falmouth Smithick and Falmouth Penwerris wards. Kirkham holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southampton and furthered her legal education at the University of Law. In May 2026, she was appointed as a parliamentary private secretary to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
