Jean-Denis Garon is a Canadian politician and economist currently serving as a Member of the House of Commons for the riding of Mirabel. First elected in the 2021 federal election, he represents the Bloc Québécois. Prior to his parliamentary career, Garon worked as a professor at the School of Management Sciences at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Within the House of Commons, he has served as a shadow cabinet critic for national revenue and green finance, and in 2025, he was elected as the vice chair of the Standing Committee on Finance.
