Jeffrey Ferrer

Jeffrey Padilla Ferrer is a Filipino politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines for the 4th district of Negros Occidental. First elected to Congress in 2007, he has held various local and national positions, including Mayor of La Carlota City and Vice Governor of Negros Occidental from 2019 to 2025. In the 20th Congress, he serves as the chairman of the House Committee on Legislative Franchises. He is known for his long-standing political career in the Visayas region and his affiliation with the UNegA–Love Negros coalition.
