Jennifer Carroll MacNeill is an Irish politician who has served as the Minister for Health since January 2025. An academic with a PhD in public policy, she is known for her advocacy on coercive control laws, domestic violence reform, and secular education. She has previously held ministerial roles, including Minister of State for European Affairs and Minister of State at the Department of Finance.
