Jerzy Łużniak is a Polish local government official and entrepreneur who serves as the Mayor of Jelenia Góra. Born in Potoczek, he studied zootechnics at the Agricultural University of Poznań and management at the Wrocław University of Technology, subsequently working in agricultural education and business. He entered local politics in the 1990s, later serving as deputy mayor, deputy marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, and member of the voivodeship board. He was elected Mayor of Jelenia Góra in 2018 representing the Civic Coalition and successfully secured re-election in 2024.
