Barbara Zdrojewska is a Polish politician and cultural studies expert currently serving as a member of the Senate of Poland. First elected to the Senate in 2015, she has been re-elected in subsequent terms and has chaired the Senate Committee on Culture and Media. Prior to her national parliamentary career, she served as the Chair of the Wrocław City Council and the Chair of the Lower Silesian Regional Assembly. A graduate of the University of Wrocław, she was active in the Independent Students' Union and the Solidarity movement, and previously held leadership roles in regional arts organizations.
