Jerzy Szwaj is a Polish local government official, veterinarian, and politician affiliated with the Law and Justice party. Born in Lublin and raised in Parczew, he graduated in veterinary medicine from the Agricultural Academy in Lublin and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, later becoming co-owner of a veterinary clinic in Parczew. He has served as a member of the Lublin Voivodeship Regional Assembly since 2006, previously holding the position of Chairman of the Regional Assembly from 2019 to 2024 before becoming its vice-chairman.
