박지원

Ji-won Park is a veteran South Korean politician currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly representing Haenam, Wando, and Jindo. A prominent figure in South Korean politics, he previously served as the 35th Director of the National Intelligence Service under the Moon Jae-in administration and held several high-level positions, including Minister of Culture and Tourism and Chief of Staff to President Kim Dae-jung. Throughout his extensive career, he has been a key architect of inter-Korean relations and a central figure within the Democratic Party of Korea. Before entering politics, he was a successful businessman in the United States.
