Jill Billings

Jill Billings is an American politician and retired educator serving as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 95th Assembly district since 2011. Born in Rochester, Minnesota, she studied communication and English at Augsburg College before moving to La Crosse, Wisconsin. Prior to her legislative career, she served on the La Crosse County Board of Supervisors and worked as a teacher for Hmong immigrants. Her policy focus has included land use planning, economic development, and the establishment of specialized rehabilitation courts for individuals convicted of driving while intoxicated.
