Elected in a special election in February 2024, he previously served as a supervisor in Falls Township and as a member of the Pennsbury School Board. A lawyer by training, Prokopiak advocates for codifying abortion rights, increasing public school funding, legalizing marijuana, and raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour. He holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law and resides in Levittown with his family.
