Jo Clay

Jo Clay is an Australian politician serving as a member of the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly for the electorate of Ginninderra since 2020. A member of the ACT Greens, she has held various spokesperson portfolios including environment, planning, and transport. Before entering politics, Clay worked in environmental advocacy and as a writer, notably publishing a book that won the Olvar Wood Fellowship Award. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has campaigned for climate action, urban growth boundaries, and local community infrastructure projects such as schools and birth centers.
