João Cury Neto is a Brazilian politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of São Paulo. A member of the Brazilian Democratic Movement (MDB), he previously served as the mayor of Botucatu from 2009 to 2016 and held the presidency of the Foundation for the Development of Education (FDE) in São Paulo. He assumed his current federal mandate in January 2025. Cury is a graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas and focuses his legislative work on education and urban development.
