Joanna King

Joanna King is an American politician and businesswoman currently serving as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives for the 49th district. She assumed office on December 21, 2020, following her appointment to fill a vacancy. Prior to her legislative career, King was a successful entrepreneur who started a pretzel business and co-operates the King Corporation, which manages various tourism and hospitality ventures. She previously ran as a candidate for the Indiana Senate in 2016 before securing her current seat in the statehouse.
