Joe McCracken is an Australian politician who served as a member of the Victorian Legislative Council representing the Western Victoria Region from 2022 to 2026. Born in Ballarat in 1988, he previously worked as an accountant and a teacher at Trinity College, Colac. Before entering state politics, he served as a councillor for the Shire of Colac Otway, including terms as Mayor and Deputy Mayor. In January 2026, McCracken announced his retirement from parliament and subsequently resigned from his shadow cabinet positions.
