Joseph Adam Miller III is an American educator and politician currently serving as the State Representative for the 53rd district of the Ohio House of Representatives. First elected in 2018, he represents parts of northern Lorain County. Prior to his tenure in the state legislature, Miller served as a City Council Member for the city of Amherst, Ohio. Throughout his legislative career, he has focused on education and workforce development, serving on committees such as Workforce and Higher Education, Education, and Public Pensions and Insurance. He is currently a candidate for Ohio's 13th senatorial district in the 2026 election.
