Joe Morris is a British Labour Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Hexham since 2024. He made history as the first Labour MP for the constituency, ending a century-long streak of Conservative representation. Prior to his election, Morris worked as a parliamentary assistant and held roles in public affairs, including at Hanbury Strategy and Make UK. He previously served as a parliamentary private secretary in the Department of Health and Social Care until his resignation in May 2026.
