Joe A. Palmer is an American politician serving as a member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 20 since 2008. A member of the Republican Party, he has held leadership roles within the legislature, including serving as the Chair of the Transportation & Defense Committee. Throughout his tenure, Palmer has focused on state policy and legislative affairs. In 2019, he unsuccessfully ran for Mayor of Meridian, Idaho. He is an alumnus of Ricks College and Boise State University.
