Johanna Gapany is a Swiss politician of FDP.The Liberals serving as a member of the Council of States. Born in July 1988 in Gruyères, she studied economic sciences at the School of Management Fribourg and worked as a project manager at the Daler Hospital. Active in politics since her youth, she served on the Municipal council of Bulle and the Grand Council of Fribourg before being elected to the Council of States in November 2019. In parliament, she advocates for paternal leave and equal access to pensions for men and women.
