Johannes Schmuckenschlager is an Austrian politician and member of the National Council, representing the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) since 2008. A trained winemaker, he took over his family's vineyard in 2006 and has served as the President of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Agriculture since 2018. Within parliament, he acts as the ÖVP's spokesperson for environment and climate protection. His political focus includes the preservation of small-scale agriculture and forestry, as well as the development of infrastructure in the Vienna Woods region.
