John Lawrence

John Lawrence is an American politician and businessman currently serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 13th District since 2010. A member of the Republican Party, he has held various leadership roles, including deputy whip, and serves on several committees such as Agriculture & Rural Affairs, Appropriations, and Transportation. Before his political career, he worked as an account officer for J.P. Morgan Chase. Lawrence is noted for his legislative work, including authoring Act 102 of 2018, which protects domestic violence victims from being required to financially support their convicted abusers.
