John Tracy Cagas is a Filipino politician, lawyer, and military reservist currently serving as the congressman for the lone district of Davao del Sur. A member of the Nacionalista Party, he previously served as a provincial board member and as the vice governor of Davao del Sur. Cagas is a practicing lawyer and a lieutenant colonel in the Armed Forces of the Philippines. In 2025, he gained national attention as the only congressman from the Davao Region to vote in favor of the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte.
