Jon Burrows is a Northern Irish politician who has served as the Leader of the Ulster Unionist Party since January 2026 and as a Member of the Legislative Assembly for North Antrim since August 2025. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished career as a senior police officer in the Police Service of Northern Ireland, where he held roles including Area Commander for Foyle and head of the internal discipline branch. He is a graduate of Ulster University and currently serves as the party's Education Spokesperson.
