Jonathan Mance, Baron Mance

Jonathan Mance, Baron Mance is a British judge and life peer who currently serves as a member of the House of Lords. Educated at Charterhouse School and University College, Oxford, he had a distinguished legal career, serving as a High Court judge, a Lord Justice of Appeal, and a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary. He was a founding Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and served as its Deputy President from 2017 until his retirement from the bench in 2018. Beyond his judicial service, he has held roles such as High Steward of the University of Oxford and Chief Justice of the Astana International Financial Centre Court.
