Jonty Bush

Jonty Bush is an Australian politician serving as the Labor member for Cooper in the Queensland Legislative Assembly. Before entering parliament, she was a prominent community advocate and public servant, notably serving as the CEO of the Queensland Homicide Victims Support Group and receiving the 2009 Young Australian of the Year award for her anti-violence campaigning. In office, she has focused on victim rights, environmental protections for the Lake Eyre Basin, and renewable energy legislation.
