José María Sánchez García

José María Sánchez García is a Spanish politician, jurist, and professor who has served as a member of the Congress of Deputies representing the Alicante constituency since 2019. Before entering politics, he worked as a lawyer for the European Court of Justice, a high court judge in Spain, and a partner at international law firms including Baker McKenzie and Olswang. He currently teaches law at the University of Seville. Known for his affiliation with the Vox party, he has been a vocal and often controversial figure in parliamentary debates, frequently drawing criticism for his sharp rhetoric against political opponents.
