Jose Manuel Alba

Jose Manuel Alba is a Filipino politician currently serving as a representative for Bukidnon's 1st congressional district in the 19th Congress of the Philippines. A member of the Bukidnon Paglaum Party, he has been an active legislator, having authored over 130 bills and co-authored dozens more. His legislative work focuses on disaster management and climate accountability, notably co-authoring the Climate Accountability Act and legislation aimed at enhancing proactive disaster response measures. He is married to former representative Malou Acosta.
