Josef Edlinger

Josef Edlinger is an Austrian politician and farmer who has served as a member of the Landtag of Lower Austria since 2008. Born in Felling in 1969, he took over his family's agricultural business in 1991. Edlinger has held various local political roles, including serving on the municipal council and city council of Gföhl. In 2022, he was elected as the district chairman of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) in Krems. He is a trained agricultural and forestry master and has been recognized for his public service with the Silver Commander's Cross of the Decoration of Honor for Services to the Province of Lower Austria.
