Josephine Teo is a Singaporean politician currently serving as the Minister for Digital Development and Information. A member of the People's Action Party, she has represented the Kreta Ayer–Kim Seng division of the Jalan Besar Group Representation Constituency as a Member of Parliament since 2020. Throughout her career, she has held various ministerial portfolios, including Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Home Affairs. Before entering politics, she worked in human resources and economic development roles at the Economic Development Board, the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, and the National Trades Union Congress.
