Josh Babarinde is a British Liberal Democrat politician and social entrepreneur serving as the Member of Parliament for Eastbourne since 2024. Before entering national politics, he founded the social enterprise Cracked It, which provides smartphone repair training to at-risk youth, and served as a councillor for Eastbourne Borough Council. In 2020, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for his contributions to social enterprise and criminal justice. In 2025, he was elected President of the Liberal Democrats, assuming the role in January 2026.
