Josh Branscum

Josh Branscum is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 83rd district. Born and raised in Russell Springs, Kentucky, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from Georgetown College and a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Eastern Kentucky University. Before entering politics, he worked at Branscum Construction, a family business where he eventually succeeded his father as president. First elected to the state legislature in 2020, he has since been re-elected multiple times without opposition.
