Josy Poueyto is a French politician serving as a member of the National Assembly for the 1st constituency of Pyrénées-Atlantiques since 2017. A long-time political figure in Pau, she previously served as a departmental councillor and held the position of first deputy mayor of Pau. Originally a member of the Socialist Party, she joined the Democratic Movement (MoDem) in 2008 and maintains a close political alliance with François Bayrou. She has been consistently re-elected to her parliamentary seat, most recently in 2024.
