Juan Burgos

Juan Burgos is a Peruvian politician and surgeon serving as a Member of the Congress of the Republic of Peru for La Libertad for the 2021-2026 parliamentary period. A graduate of the National University of Trujillo, he previously worked as a surgeon at the Víctor Lazarthe Echegaray Hospital of EsSalud. Throughout his congressional term, he has been a vocal critic of former President Pedro Castillo, led a special investigative committee, and has been affiliated with political parties including Avanza País and We Are Peru.
